Recruitment is a fast paced competitive industry built around understanding people and their needs. In this environment, Rowlands recognised an opportunity to support and develop the team to continue to meet these high demands without burning out. They needed a programme that had measurable impact and outcomes which focused on the team, their resilience and sustainable performance.

The Solution

We developed a bespoke programme combining our resilient culture and leading change programmes. This focused on shared purpose alongside a roadmap to establish where the team were going and the essential behaviours required to get there. From there we helped them develop the essential resilience skills to drive cognitive restructuring, strong social networks and adaptability.
