Give leaders across the 200+ organisations the skills to challenge and enhance their culture, confidence to deal with change and make tough decisions when required. The solution had to support their journey and mission to attain the highest investors in people rating.
After a diagnostic process, we designed a bespoke resilience based cultural change programme. Its outputs provided leaders at Les Amis with personal development alongside a shared understanding and skills base to develop culture, people and plans to face rapid change.

“Res Dev built trust, challenged thinking and developed our culture. I liked the way they gave us the skills rather than told us what to do and everything they did enabled us to successfully implement the changes in our culture and that drove us forward. I also liked the way they talked the language of business. Their backgrounds shone through from the start and they were commercial, knowledgeable and outcome focused. It was important to both myself and the board that any investment was measurable and were visible in our regular engagement surveys. They delivered.”

How did the team feel about working with us?
" I'm already seeing the benefits to my working roles. The exposure to different theories and how to apply them to my practice was invaluable."
“ Thank goodness, training which actually helped me to effect some changes, improve my responses and have more positive outcomes.”
" Best training of my career. It has given me a great number of skills to use and has also opened my eyes to how professional practice is as much about growing as a person then it is about knowing your field."
As a mental health professional, I would like to see this resilience training offered more widely than corporate and public sector organisations. Young people and parents would greatly benefit. I hope the work you do grows and develops in the UK.
" I have become better attuned to both my negative and positive strengths and traits. Strengthening and promoting better use of the latter and helping to managing the former more effectively. It helped reduce my stress levels and I am more perceptive of the way my colleagues think and act, and help bring the best out in our working relationships."
